mc mod wp24 flag provider

The auth_secret constant in /src/main/java/ly65/wp24_flag_provider/Utils.java is only an example. It should be changed and protected carefully in the production environment to prevent possible flag leakage.
The environment is for mc-fabric-1.12.1 only. You may copy the src/ folder and rebuild it if you want to use it for another version.
